Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you purchased, but if you don’t, simply contact us at within 21 days of purchase for instructions on how to return the item in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels for a refund. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of the order's delivery date. 

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Based on your financial institution, your refund can take up to 2-10 business days to reflect on your account statement.

  2. For exchanges, please process as a return, and place a new order directly on the website.

  3. Return damaged or incorrect item: If you received a damaged or incorrect item and would like a replacement, please contact Customer Service at

  4. Return gift: If you received this item as a gift, please provide your name, email address, and telephone number. Your return will be processed as a merchandise credit for use on future purchases with us. Our Customer Service Team will email you instructions on how to use your merchandise credit as soon as your return is processed.

Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Returns must be received in new condition- unused, unworn, and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use or product stains will be subject to refusal.

Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Original shipping is non-refundable.
